OHCHR Side Event (15 June 2017): A journey to strengthened cooperation between the international and regional human rights mechanisms: implementation of the CRPD and SDGs

This took place on the margins of the 10th Conference of States Parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on 15 June 2017, at 1:15 pm – 2:30 pm in Conference Room 4.

This side event will highlight common areas of action by regional human rights mechanisms in the implementation of the CRPD, in the context of the SDGs, and discuss how to enhance cooperation , coordination and share good practices between regional and international human rights mechanisms, including the CRPD Committee.
